SHIPPING POLICY
Stellato's Creations are made to order, making each piece unique.
We wish to thank you for allowing 1-3 weeks lead time depending on and quantities requested.
All our products are carefully wrapped and placed in the complementary Stellato velvet black pouch, and is professionally wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Stellato's larger pieces are placed in our unique deluxe black linen box with interior foam protection.
All of our cardboard boxes expedited are filled with large bubble wrap and airbags as to prevent shock during transportation.
Box is tagged FRAGILE for precaution.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Stellato is committed to ensuring 100% client satisfaction! We allow 14 days for our clients to return for a refund once the product has been recieved. Our clients may return any product (i.e. products that are not custom-made), if it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Product will be inspected upon return.
The 14-Day money-back guarantee is NOT applicable to custom-made pieces.
The cost of return shipment is taken upon the client.
